Holy Moly It has Been Awhile!!

Sorry for not posting in like forever!!! There really is no good reason for it. We have done some things, but not a few months worth. Where does the time go. So this will probably be a long post. We had Matt's birthday back in August. I know I must be terrible. We celebrated with a couple of friends. Connor got so mad that it was dad's birthday and not his. I was like oh brother, get over it kid. You know I can not even remember what we did in Sept. There is a thick fog in my memory about September. Oct. 2nd we went down to California. On the way down we stopped at my sister's place in Vegas. The kids love being together. They were running wild, they needed to be in the jungle with all the other wild animals. We arrived to California on Saturday afternoon. It was General Conference Weekend. Matt was going with Jon to the Priesthood Session. My parents came up to meet us. My mom hung out with us while the guys went to the session. We sat around and talked. Sunday we went to my parents house, Andy and Stacey came for dinner too. I just love being around the family. Monday was so much fun, My inlaws are the best. They got us Disneyland tickets. It was my boys first time there. Connor's favorite was the Pirates. He goes around the house singing "YoYo Pirates Life For Me" It always puts a smile on my face. He is soo cute!! Then my inlaws took the boys home with them so Matt and I could have some alone time. I love hanging with my husband. It definetly nice to get sometime without the kids. That does not happen very often. Tuesday was a resting day. I was sooo tired from Disneyland I was glad to get a break. Well a break with kids. Wednesday was a very nice day. Krista, Jon, Matt, and I went to the L.A. Temple to do Baptisms for the Dead. We were doing names of Jon's family. It was also Jon's first time in the temple. It was pretty cool. We got to go to lunch after wards and the food mmm good!! Friday Night was fun too we went on a triple date with Matt's brother, Jon and his wife Kalli and his sister Heather and her husband Michael. We had a good time!! Now you know that does not happen very often to go out as a group date. I really enjoyed it. Saturday was a super crazy day. Heather was having a baby shower, she will be having twins in Feb, or sooner. Jackson and Megan, we are sooo excited for them. There was a good turn out, I was glad that she got a good support. Then after that we had a luncheon, Krista called it a lunner, (it was between the times of lunch and dinner) Then after the "lunner" there was a baptism for the 2 girls Anjolie and Abbi. So cute dressed in white. They were soo excited!! Abbi's dad baptized both of the girls. It was a great long day. On Monday Matt had to fly out he was going to a training in New Mexico for work. We did Chuck E Cheese twice, we also did a indoor jumping place. Connor just sweated so much in that place. He was non stop running, climbing, and sliding. Again we went to Disneyland. It was sooo crowed and soooooo hot. It was 97 degrees and humid. We were only there until 4:30pm. We drove back home on Wednesday the 22nd. So we were gone for 2 1/2 weeks. We had a good time. Connor LOVED being with his cousins and playing very hard. We had a great time!! I love being with family.

Camping in Jackson Hole

So last weekend we went Jackson Hole. We went with our good family the Palmers. They are a great family. We had a lot of fun from drinking hot cocoa, sleeping in tents, playing in the dirt. Sorry I didn't get awhole lot of pictures. Then Friday night we went to the Bar T 5. You go up in
In covered wagons pulled by big beautiful horses. Here is one of our family photos by the horses. Which Connor loves the horses.

They pulled us the canyon to go to the place where we would eat dutch oven cooking. Bbque chicken and beef. On the way up me met up with some indians. One of them yelled right in my ear. Other then that it was a lot of fun.
Jer and I on our way up to the campsite. He loved just looking around. On the way down he fell right asleep and nothing really seemed to wake him up.
There was entertainment up there. It was pretty funny. They pulled Britany into the show.
Here are the Indians "attacking" and yelling.
Here was the cowboy to make sure we were ok, since the indians were there.
Here is Con and Jer in the park before we went to the Bar T 5. I don't know what Con was doing.
Connor had to get a cowboy hat. It was fun that all the Palmer Boys got the same cowboy hat. Too Cute!! I should have got a picture of that.I am so grateful that we are able to do all this fun stuff as a family. Our family is growing up fast. We are looking forward for some more adventures. Our boys do keep us hoppin'. I guess you would you want it any other way. I just love my boys. They are such cuties!!!

My Little Jeremy

This is my little guy, he is almost 9 mths. old now. He is crawling and pulling himself up. He is growing up so fast. It has been so fun seeing him and his big brother play together.
I love the way Connor can make him laugh. You can hear them in their bedroom laughing and playing. It is just so much fun.

The Bee Sting

So I was watching the Palmer kids, which we love them so much. Connor was outside playing with his buddy. And all of the sudden I hear my little boy crying. He came running in and the boys were telling me that Connor got stung by a bee. I looked at it and you could see where he was stung. There was a little tiny hole with a little bit of blood. Then as time went on he had nothing, you could not even see where he got stung. I thought "Oh that is pretty good, he doesn't have a problem with getting stung. Then the next morning he woke up with a swollen face. I was thinking holy crap kid. He looked so pitiful. It took about 4 days or so for it to go down. Poor kid!! Now he is all better, thank goodness. And it never seem to really bother him either.

Pioneer Day Weekend

So for the Pioneer Day Weekend we went up to the mountains to go camping. With Matt's job we are able to stay at the Boy Scout Camps if there is a cabin available. The first night was terrible. To start off with we had a uninvited guest(s). They kept running all over the cabin. Everytime Connor would see one he would try to go and get it, yelling"mouse, mouse". It was pretty funny. The night started off pretty good. The kids went to bed at a good hour. Then Jer started yelling. I went to go get him and he was having a hard time settling down. So I decided that he could sleep with me. He went back to sleep. Then at midnight he started screaming again. So I tried to calm him down again. This time he woke up big brother. That was a mistake, for Connor was up for the rest of the night. I believe he went to sleep at 6am. Yeah, we didn't sleep well at all. So we decided to go home early. We didn't want to have another night like that. We will have to try again later.

4th of July Blast!!

Well we started out the day going to the parade. I didn't get any pictures of that. We met the Palmer Family there. We had a good time. But I was thinking about it, what is it about parades that we like. Is it the people on the floats that are waving to us? Is it the horses pooping in the street, and then the pooper scooper coming up from behind. Or is it the very loud firetrucks? Maybe it is the candy that is being thrown, even though it is not the best candy. Whatever it is we seem to enjoy them. After the parade we chilled at home for awhile. Then we got invited to a block party. They had a waterslide there. Connor LOVED it!!! The first 2 times or so he needed help, but once he got use to it he was going for about 3 HOURS nonstop. Thank You Andrea for inviting us it was a lot of fun. The only thing that we missed out on was the fireworks, oh well maybe next year.
